Female, approximately 6 years old.  Beautiful, thick black fur with white on all her toes, chest, abdomen., and whiskers. Abandoned by her previous owners and has been roaming her neighborhood for a few years, but needs a stable home.  Has many friendly and loving behaviors:

• Rubs against your legs
• Flops over onto her back and will roll back and forth
• Sits on your lap and curls up to sleep
• LOVES her head, neck, chin, and ears rubbed
• Loudly purrs, makes bread with her paws, and drools when she is happy or being talked to
• Greets you with a meow
• Will sit against the front door or back sliding glass door desperately wanting to come inside

On 2/17/23, had a Rabies vaccinationnegative Feline Leukemia Test, and was de-wormed.  Our doctor said she was “a gem” and sweet kitty during her vet visit.  Sweet Pea can get a bit overstimulated and Sassy at times. She does not like her tail touched, and will sometimes swipe with her claws at quick hand movements you might make or if you touch her unexpectedly. For this reason she is not best matched with someone with small children. She will occasionally put her mouth on my hand but does not bite down any more.  She needs a human who will be patient, understanding, and knowledgeable about cats.  She is clever and very quick to learn! She needs forever home! If you have any questions or are interested in sweet pea please contact Linda at
